Women's Full Moon Shamanic Dance

Shamanic Dance supports the past, present and future to all move through your body simultaneously. Offering an opportunity to clear, or become aware of, outdated stories and to vision a new way of being. We'll connect with presence and a brief sharing to start, before lowly opening into more wild release, and then warming down into stillness and integration. I'll be guiding you throughout.
